Congratulations to the Montreal Alouettes 2009 Grey Cup Champions

A very interesting game in which the favored team trailed the entire game but with no time left on the clock the Alouettes took the lead and the Grey Cup!

Damon Duval redeemed himself by kicking a 33 yard field goal. Duvall had just missed a 43 yard attempt but Saskatchewan was penalised for to many men on the field giving Duval another try from 10 yards closer.

The Roughriders led the entire game including 17-3 at the half and 20-10 after the 3rd quarter. In the 4th quarter the Al’s manged to outscore the riders 18-7.

At no point in the game did the Alouettes hold the lead yet they managed to win the game and the Grey Cup with no time left on the clock.

The CFL mourns the loss of a True Fan and Friend

A terrific man and friend to many Garry Terpstra has left us, GreyCupGarry passed away on the 7th of December 2008. Garry was a true CFL fan and a Great Trusted Friend to many, we will all miss you buddy!
